Conditions and criteria for applying for subsidies
Application conditions:
At the same time, employees of the enterprise who meet the following conditions can apply for skills promotion subsidies:
1. Participate in unemployment insurance according to law and accumulate unemployment insurance premiums for 36 months (including 36 months).
2. From January 1st, 2017, you will get the junior (grade 5), intermediate (fourth grade), advanced (third grade) vocational qualification certificate or vocational skill level certificate.
Subsidy conditions:
The subsidy standard should be different according to the certificate of obtaining a vocational qualification certificate or a vocational skill level.
If an employee obtains a junior (five-level) vocational qualification certificate or a vocational skill level certificate, the subsidy standard generally does not exceed 1,000 yuan;
If an employee obtains an intermediate (fourth grade) vocational qualification certificate or a vocational skill level certificate, the subsidy standard generally does not exceed 1,500 yuan;
If an employee obtains a senior (level 3) vocational qualification certificate or a vocational skill level certificate, the subsidy standard generally does not exceed 2,000 yuan.
All provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) can study and formulate the catalogue of occupations (work types) that are urgently needed in the region according to the direction of local industry development and the needs of human resources markets. Skills promotion subsidy standards can be tilted to the urgent need for occupations (work types) in the region.
Note: The same level (type of work) can only apply for and enjoy a skill promotion subsidy.
