Wuxi City 2017 Work Injury Insurance Related Treatment Adjustment

The Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and Wuxi Finance Bureau issued the document on November 15, 2017 and November 22, 2017, in accordance with the Regulations on Industrial Injury Insurance and the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on Industrial Injury Insurance in Jiangsu Province (Provincial Government) Order No. 103) stipulates that the relevant treatment for work injury insurance will be adjusted from July 1, 2017. The adjustment mainly improved the three standards of work injury insurance, with an increase of 6.5%, and set the minimum adjustment standard. At the same time, from July 1, 2017, the average monthly salary of employees in the city last year was adjusted to 4955 yuan. The specific adjustments are as follows:

 

I. Disability Allowance (Disability Pension), Living Nursing Fee, and Dependent Relatives Pension Adjustment:

The level of disability is identified as one to four levels of work-related injuries on the basis of the original disability allowance (disability pension) based on the standard per person per month increased by 6.5%, of which the increase is less than the following amount according to the following standards: Level 265 yuan , 255 yuan for the second level, 245 yuan for the third level, and 235 yuan for the fourth level.

 

The difference between the disability allowance and the basic pension insurance is increased by 6.5% per person per month on the basis of the original standard of enjoyment.

 

Workers with disabilities whose grades are identified as Grades 5-6 and receive Disability Allowance (Disability Pension) are increased by 6.5% per person per month on the basis of the original standard of enjoyment.

 

The injured workers who enjoy the life care expenses will increase by 6.5% per person per month on the basis of the original standard of nursing care. After the increase, the following standards are not adjusted to the following standards: full care depends on 2478 yuan, most care depends on 1982 yuan, part of the care Rely on 1487 yuan.

 

The dependent family pension is increased by 6.5% per person per month on the basis of the original standard, and the increase is less than 85 yuan, which is adjusted by 85 yuan.

 

2. From July 1, 2017, the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year of the city for the treatment of work-related injuries was adjusted to 4,955 yuan.
