Today, we gathered together to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the establishment of Jiangsu Yunya Law Firm. Five years ago, after completing their studies, the three lawyers who had dreams returned to Wuxi from the UK, Australia and Shanghai, and started their second venture to create Yunya Law Firm.

We have abandoned the traditional individualized practice method and adopted the partnership system of Anglo-American law firm, emphasizing professional division of labor and teamwork. In the past five years, we have experienced some twists and turns on the road of exploring the modern lawyer industry, but the concept of building a professional, team-oriented, professional modern law firm has not changed. Our persistence and persistence have brought fruitful results:

Our customers come from more than 10 countries and regions such as the United States and the United Kingdom. Our practice has been able to go out of Wuxi and provide substantial daily legal services to customers in Suzhou and Nanjing. We not only perform outstandingly in the traditional litigation field, we are still in the field. Foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, labor law, intellectual property, real estate and construction, medical legal services and other fields have formed obvious professional advantages, and have the ability to compete with foreign law firms and Shanghai law firms for high-end business. In the recent legal service of a patent project, Yunya led more than 20 foreign law firms and launched hundreds of patent investigations and lawsuits in dozens of regions, demonstrating the modern corporate law firm's legal services on large-scale projects. Advantage.

Yunya has about 500 square meters of office space and modern office equipment in the city center, with an independent archive room and library. Yunya is a place where senior legal talents gather. Currently, there are 14 legal personnel and 2 full-time administrative staff. Most of the staff have a master's degree in law from first-class law schools at home and abroad. Some lawyers are in the United States, Britain, Australia, Canada and Hong Kong.
