Work and education experience

Currently, Partner and Director of Jiangsu Yunya Law Firm. He also serves as vice president of Wuxi Lawyers Association, Deputy director of Labor and Social Security Legal Business Committee of Jiangsu Lawyers Association, arbitrator of Wuxi Arbitration Commission, legal adviser of Wuxi Federation of Trade Unions, consulting expert of social construction work of Standing Committee of Wuxi National People's Congress, and part-time master's tutor of Master's Degree in Law of East China University of Political Science and Law. He received his LL.B. degree in Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law (now East China University of Political Science and Law) in 1996, and his LL.M. degree in Civil and Commercial Law from East China University of Political Science and Law (now East China University of Political Science and Law) in 2004.
